It seems that after passing an IQ test, you really know your level of IQ and you`ll forget the question: "What is my IQ level?". Still the relevance or accuracy of an IQ Test may depend on many factors: fatigue, concentration level, health, etc. For this reason, to get a more accurate IQ score, many psychologists recommend to pass several IQ tests in different periods of time. And already when having passed several tests, we can make more accurate calculation of our IQ.
We would like to offer some tips that would help pass an IQ test and get a result as close to the reality.
Do you have the right attitude towards IQ tests?
Many intelligent people do not perform at their true potential when completing IQ tests, while others fail mediocre. Why is this happening? There are people motivated to adopt "smart attitude" or higher skills quiz.
Be confident!
Any test shall begin with self-confidence and positive attitude. If you start to solve IQ test telling you that you’ll fail, it probably will happen. Encourage yourself and see the difference!
Look out!
Read the questions carefully and complete them starting with the easiest one, so that your confidence grows and get and points. Then try to solve the remaining questions and make sure you do not leave answers blank.

After you have completed an intelligence test, re-read it and make sure you have not missed any point. You can earn points that otherwise you've lost.
The values used for IQ today were developed by Lewis Terman in 1916, as a form of measuring the levels of intelligence. Thus, IQ is the ratio of mental age and chronological age, multiplied by 100.
Typical IQ values and their significance:
Over 140 - Genius or almost genius;
120 - 140 - Superior intelligence;
110-119 - above average intelligence;
90-109 - normal intelligence;
80 - 89 - poor intelligence;
70-79 - possible mental deficiency;
Under 70 - defined mental deficiency.
IQ measures, in part, intelligence or academic ability to succeed in academia. Many other types of newly discovered and categorized intelligence are not measured by classical IQ tests. For example, other athletes physical tests, skills tests, tests of emotional intelligence.
According to IQ, they showed different categories of occupations associated with increased levels of intelligence:
140 - professors and researchers;
130 - physicians and surgeons, lawyers, engineers (civil and mechanical);
120 - teachers in the university environment, pharmacists, accountants, nurses, managers;
110 - foremen, priests, call-center operators, sales agents, policemen, electricians, machinists, sellers, butchers, metallurgists;
100 - Domestic, tailors, cooks, small farmers, drivers;
90 - workers, gardeners, miners.
Of course, IQ scores can be improved by changing the environment, especially for children. It has been shown that children who read more often and were talking about various environmental topics tend to improve IQ over time.
